As founder and chief executive officer of The Light Group (TLG), Pat focuses on curating a distinctive suite of hospitality and lifestyle offerings.
Pat Light's vision, expertise and leadership are central to TLG. Since 2019, Pat has built a portfolio of hospitality assets and in a short time doubled profits, delivering significant returns to investors. He intends to expand the portfolio to 100+ establishments, both in the United States and abroad.
Pat entered the hospitality industry after living out his dream of becoming a pitcher for Major League Baseball. As a first-round draft pick, he was selected by the Boston Red Sox and later pitched for the Minnesota Twins, Pittsburgh Pirates and Seattle Mariners. It was during his playing days traveling across the country that inspired Pat's future passion for developing uniquely tailored and distinct lifestyle experiences.
Pat currently resides in Hoboken, New Jersey. He received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Monmouth University.
